Our intake process uses third-party services, including Tally and connected Google services, to receive and organize submissions and related notifications. Information submitted through those services may also be subject to their own privacy policies and terms.

Résumés and professional materials

Please provide only information you are comfortable sharing for the purpose of evaluating and producing your portfolio. Do not submit Social Security numbers, financial account credentials, passwords, or other highly sensitive information through the portfolio intake form.

Retention and deletion

We retain client information only as long as reasonably necessary to provide services, maintain business records, resolve disputes, comply with legal obligations, or support legitimate business needs. You may contact us to request deletion of information that is not required to be retained.
